Biography
How Luis works
Luis Almeida advises leaders and organisations on artificial intelligence, data and digital transformation, and teaches the subject to executives, teams and students. His work sits at the point where a technical possibility becomes a business decision — which is usually where it either creates value or quietly stops.
He argues that the difficult part of AI adoption is rarely the model. It is deciding what the organisation is actually trying to change, being honest about the data underneath it, and governing what follows.

Timeline
Roles, organisations and dates are published here only once they are verified.
No employment history has been verified for publication. Each entry needs organisation, role, start and end date, description, location and (optionally) a logo and URL. Nothing is invented to fill the gap.
Teaching
Turning the work into something people can learn
Luis teaches artificial intelligence to people who are not technologists: executives who have to fund it, managers who have to run it, and professionals who have to work alongside it.
University affiliations, guest lectureships and institutional teaching roles have not been verified. Add them here once confirmed.

Personal philosophy
AI is not simply a technology project. It is a leadership decision.
Most organisations do not fail at AI because the technology is unavailable. They fail because nobody has decided what it is for. The interesting question was never whether a model can do the task — it is whether the organisation can absorb the answer, govern it, and act on it. That is a leadership problem before it is a technical one.
