Editorial rule
What gets published, and what never does
A question appears here only if the sender explicitly ticked the box allowing a public answer. That box is unticked by default, and the permission is stored with the message.
E-mail addresses, technical metadata, internal notes and moderation status are never published and are never exposed through any public page. If a question contains a detail that would identify the sender or their employer, it is removed or the question is not published.
