Challenge
The business problem as the organisation experienced it, before anyone framed it as a technology question.

Impact
Case studies are published here only when the client has approved the story and the numbers can be evidenced. That makes this page shorter than it could be, and more useful than it would otherwise be.
No case study has been approved for publication. The existing website carried figures such as productivity, satisfaction and revenue percentages that could not be attributed to a named, consenting client — so they have not been carried over. Add each case study with an approved client quote and evidenced metrics.
The structure
Every published case follows the same shape, so that it can be read critically rather than admired.
The business problem as the organisation experienced it, before anyone framed it as a technology question.
Sector, size, constraints and the conditions that make the result meaningful or not transferable.
What was actually decided, and what was deliberately not attempted.
How the work was carried out, including the parts that had to be revised.
The observable difference in how the organisation operates.
Measured against a stated baseline, with the measurement method named.
What would be done differently. A case study without this is marketing.
Attributed to a real person who has approved the wording.
Next step
Start with an honest read of where you actually are — or go straight to a conversation about what would make the biggest difference first.
